Returns Policy

The satisfaction of you, our customer, is vital to us at Touch of Elegance. If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return your unopened goods to Touch of Elegance. 

All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery, must be approved by the Company and must be freight prepaid by the Purchaser for delivery to the Company’s premises.  The Company reserves the right to charge a re-handling fee.  The customer shall be liable for any damage to such goods. We take time to ensure that all products are of the highest quality before we pass them on to you. 

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product we will exchange your product with the exact same product, another product of the same value or provide you with a full refund. 

If you were to receive a faulty product, email us as soon as you become aware of the issue. Please perform a few simple checks before you send a product back. Firstly, check that the batteries are installed correctly as this is a common cause of malfunction. Make sure the cap is tightly closed on waterproof products.

For hygiene reasons, only unused items can be exchanged or refunded.
